Property was ok, got there they asked us to pay for a room upgrade $10 pp, on Expedia it stated free room upgrade when available which it obviously was available, but they charged us. Spirits in room every day per Expedia, did not get. The app. we were told to utilize to make dinner reservations, activities etc. Did not work, It seemed to have worked after checking in for a bit but not long. We tried making our dinner reservations all restaurants were completely booked for 5 people! we did get into Mikado restaurant was great only thing is they put the entree on seaweed paper? and it tasted like seafood, didn't like my rice and chicken tasting like seafood, but the staff was great at Mikado and took care of us. Asked the shuttle guy to take us somewhere and he said for a price I would which was annoying. We utilized other carts that took us, and we were happy to tip. They do a great birthday surprise for the rooms which was great. Back to the dinner reservations, we had one for M.E.A.T they said was totally booked party was there from 7-9pm and they tables were empty so if this restaurant was like this and the others were the same that is a shame wanted to try them and not have the buffet the whole time. Hardly any entertainment and didn't even know when or what was going on because they didn't give us anything to read like all other resorts we have utilized.
