"The property grounds were very clean. The staff were friendly, nice and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that my safe would not open and this was on my bday when I was supposed to head down for dinner. The front desk kept saying 15 min it ended up being over 2 hrs they had me miss my bday celebration in the dining hall which was very disappointing because, that was the purpose of my trip. The rooms were a little dated and my room actually had a bad leak from the vent in the ceiling one day it...

Gotta mention that y the ent during the second/third week of December. High season but not really at its peak. Oh! Best beach I’ve ever been in Punta Cana."

"Our stay started a little rough as our room did not look like the pictures and many items were not working including the fan, phone, and the sofa bed was broken. We worked with staff and were able to upgrade our room and were very pleased with our new accommodations. The amenities around the resort were great and we really enjoyed all the evening activities. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and good drinks. "
