"The little pool was ok- location was not in a nice area- garbage filled the gutters and empty lots - The police tried to extort money from me- My room had no toilet seat- no toilet paper - no shower head- no hot water- bugs- and the room was never cleaned in 7 days - bad first impression of the Dominican!"

"Great beach. Convenient transportation between Palace resort and Barcelo on Lakes from adults only loaction. Food options were varied at restaurants but nothing outstanding about any of them. Wine was good. Buffet food was tasteless but endless..drinks sugary or watered down. Staff was not the friendliest. Our bathroom sink kept filling up with water. Lights kept shutting off and we had to keep messing with switches at bedside to get bathroom area light to work. Appreciated daily housekeeping...

"This property is badly in need of an update. Patio doors have no seals causing noise and rain to come through. Kitchen was poorly stocked with glassware, dishes and cooking pans, toaster had a dangerous electrical shortage, there was no dining table, and water pressure and temperature from the showers was very poor.
