Very nice staff and clean, although it is the most difficult from the beach of all the hotels at the Bahia Principe, nothing to do outside the resort in the area so no reason to leave

The property had some updates but was overall nice. The staff was amazing—very attentive and always willing to help. The food was great, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. My only complaint is that the pools and beach close at 6 PM, which feels too early, especially in the summer when there’s daylight until 8 PM.
