"Food is excellent. However, dining options are very limited. There is no all day buffet style restaurant unlike many other all inclusive. Rooms are pretty good though some are moldy. Unfortunately, kids under 2 will not have much to do (they are not allowed in the kids club), with no activity available other than swimming/pool. Overall a good experience but I wouldn’t give it a 10/10."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Giovanni was master behind the bar and the staff kept every area of the hotel clean! Food was good, especially Marco Polo, and the pool was amazing. Beach location was perfect. Not a long ride from the airport, highly recommend!"

"Everything oveall all was great other than our unit does require a renovation to the bathroom. Towel bars and shower curtain rods were hannging on a tread and about to come off. Cracked tiling and a lot of cauking missing around the fixtures. The A/C unit is really noisy making it a bit difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper."

"Very good resort. All inclusive. Buffet is wonderful. Lovely hotel with views. Take R2 bus to downtown or to the ferry for isla mujeres. We will definitely be back . "
