"Beach Palace was a very good hotel once. You can notice that as there are still vestiges of what it was. On the other hand, the staff is good and willing to help. With that said, if your budget is tight and you cannot find something else, go for it, but please lower your bar of expectations to a 3 stars all-inclusive hotel. Finally, this place (with good management) can bring this hotel back to life. "

"Everyone at Cancun Bay was very friendly, polite and helpful. Leo at the reception area, Rafaela kept our room clean, Anahi and Enrique the waitresses by the pool were on top of keeping us hydrated. Dayana and Dreidis kept us very busy with the games and Zumba. The entertainment was good. I’m definitely coming back! I only wished they had guacamole and chip!!"

"I love where everything was cuz it was so close to them all two places to eat at real easy to get around you're right there on Hotel Zone to catch the bus up and down the street taxi everywhere right next to a taxi stand place the hotel had a hill to climb and had a lot of stairs I did not like that had a lot of cats on the property I did not like that but other than that the people was great"
