"The resort was a short drive from Cancun airport. The staff were all very helpful. Property was clean and well kept. It is joined with its sister resort, Royal Solaris, so we had the use of their facilities as well. We preferred to stay on the GR side though as it is a smaller and quieter resort. We had great meals at the A la Cartes and the breakfast buffet in the Solaris Cafe was excellent. This resort is at the beginning of the hotel strip so you would need to take the bus to get to the...

"We were a little worried we wouldn’t like this hotel because of the bad reviews it had but took the risk anyways and it was definitely worth it. From the moment you enter the property, everything looks amazing. They help you with baggage and get you to your room as soon as possible. It’s very clean and calm. Very beautiful inside and out. The beach is gorgeous and the food is delicious. You have many options and they even serve you by the poolside. Would definitely go again! "
