"There are rooms in the "5 star hotel" and privately owned condos. This condo is the latter and is older. The resort surroundings are beautiful so renters just need to know that they are not booking a 5 star room and adjust their expectations. Having said this, the condo was fine for our stay in Puerto Vallarta! It was clean, and the plumbing and appliances worked well."

"Loved the property and location. Could walk to lots of restaurants and walk to Costco was only 30 minutes. Walmart is close by as well for shopping. The 5 pools were great and all face the ocean. Easy to get chairs at the pool and there was drink & food service at the pools as well. The only downside if I was to complain about one thing is the annoying super loud music which starts around 5:00 pm and ends around 9:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. "The breakfast, at $40 Canadian per person was WAY too expensive ( we were not “all inclusive but wanted to enjoy a few breakfasts at the resort with our friends). We went to a very long time share presentation and were supposed to receive $300 USD in couons to use at resort. In reality, the coupons were a total value of $240 at the resort, and we were shorted one. Any purchases had to be made with a credit card.
