"Overall pretty good. It is a family owned small hotel. It is very quiet and comfortable. It is not fancy, but pretty sweet. The people working there are very nice. I have no complain and enjoyed my one-night stay there. The only issue is that the hotel is difficult to find. I walked by it twice and didn't see the entrance. The google location is correct, but the door is so easy to miss. It is a hidden gem once you found it."

"Was greeted immediately upon entering the property and was escorted to my room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room and location were perfect for my weekend. Definitely recommend!"

"It was in a great location. We stayed inside a jungle in a cabin like room. However they need to improve the services and amenities inside the room. It has lack of lighting, one fan at the corner is not sufficient, no paper towel, bin inside the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner other than the body wash. The bed was stinky, not enough hangers. Overall the amenities need to be improved a lot based on the rent they are charging."

"We made a booking far in advance. Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. "Perfect place to stay for the night before visiting the Coba ruins, cenotes, or on your way to Chicin Itza. Owner host is very friendly and accommodating. Property is clean and quiet, and everything worked great. As a side note, pool was under maintenance when we stayed, so may be worth checking to see if it is up and running if you plan on using it (we weren't going to use it so did not affect our stay). "

"This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area."

"This hotel beat my expectations. Such a cute, simple and clean beachfront property. Staff was extremely accommodating and answered any questions for us. Besides being directly on the beach, it is very close to many good bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will book again if I am back in Tulum. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Siwa Tulum Unique Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. "My family & I are so happy we made the right decision to stay at this property. We were a bit apprehensive at first due to some bad reviews but glad we didn’t listen. This place is beautiful and enormous. They did a great job renovating the resort. Although, hopefully the rooms will get the same treatment eventually. There are so many things to do here. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, we enjoyed it so much especially after the seaweeds got cleared out. The kids loved the snorkeling area! Pools are also fun! If you enjoy nature, this is your place. We appreciated all the trees everywhere. There were monkeys, birds, iguanas & all kinds of animals you’ll see around the property. There’s def that jungle vibe, which we loved so much! The food is nothing but the best, esp all the restaurants we tried. The buffet and the grill by the beach were our go to’s! Btw, Angel @ the buffet was the best server, and also Irene by the pool. They were attentive and have the best attitude! The regular drinks are ok btw- they all kind of taste the same but the ones we had at the resto were top notch! Our favorite would be the lobby bar, Mixologia. Freddy and Manuel are the finest bartenders! All the drinks they made were unbelievable. You will find us there every night! The staff def made our stay special & we were so thankful. From day1, Karen & Eric took really good care of me & my family. They made our experience absolutely wonderful! We would love to stay again, thank you so much Sirenis!"
