"The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. The hotel was nice and it had a “trust bar” where customer serve themselves and record their purchase in a book to settle at checkout. The room was clean and very spacious - but the shower was very weak and most days had no hot water. The area was convenient but the paving was very uneven and it was very dark at night. But it was safe and quiet."

"Excellent option for vacation stay. We had cool air conditioner, good WiFi, kitchenette with electric stove and kitchenware. Hot/cold water runs well. Good hotel restaurant and there are many others in the area.Very close to the beach. There are mini shops close by. And a lot of sun, sand and ocean! The host and the staff are very kind, responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended! Roman and Oxana."

"Well-located hotel and very low price. Rooms are clean, but not well-equipped, reflecting the low price. Private entrance because the lobby is in a different location. This can make check-in difficult because there are no signs indicating where the lobby is located (a block away on another street). "

"Roxie and Rudolfo are welcoming hosts and their place is really well - located. It’s very easy to get to the main square and the bus station and it’s clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a really friendly vibe! I would recommend it 100%"

"Our stay at the Buenosdias was amazing! The friendly host was always available to help. The pool and surrounding area was all very natural looking and tranquil. The hammocks were wonderful. We spent a lot of our time in Izamal just at the hotel because it was so relaxing. It was very difficult to leave."

"Rancho Kuxtal feels like discovering an idyllic secret. It's so small and tucked away off the tourist route in Yucatan. Kasie and Victor are such welcoming hosts and we felt totally at ease. There are masses of animals - domesticated, wild and somewhere in between. Cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, ducks, iguana, birds and of course the horses. They're all so loved and well cared for. "Hotel El Espanol provides good service, condition,location, and amenities. Excellent value. No complaints. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location so central, we walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. Paseo de Montejp is a beautiful boulevard lined with gorgeous buildings and featuring all manner of food and entertainment. Highly recommend."

"Excellent location on the Malecon, Brand new grocery store very close shopping, bars, restaurants , beach it's all here steps away from Hotel, They have stairs only thing I wished was different however, Check in was very smooth easy, young man working front desk carried up my bag very grateful. Good value for money. Staff are very friendly and pleasant."

"This hotel is a taste of traditional Mexico with its hacienda charm and well-maintained grounds. The location is within walking distance to the main square, including restaurants and plenty of shopping. We stayed in a superior executive two bed room which included a balcony with a direct view of the courtyard and pool. The beds were a little hard, but not too bad for a one night stay. I highly recommend and I will definitely return! "

"I am very happy to have stayed at Courtyard Marriott for my vacations. Housekeeping was outstanding never missed a beat cleaning daily. The staff very professional and friendly.The hotel restaruant was very convenient for having breakfast before heading out sight seeing. The Bar by the pool was great. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Merida. "
