"Overall pretty good. It is a family owned small hotel. It is very quiet and comfortable. It is not fancy, but pretty sweet. The people working there are very nice. I have no complain and enjoyed my one-night stay there. The only issue is that the hotel is difficult to find. I walked by it twice and didn't see the entrance. The google location is correct, but the door is so easy to miss. It is a hidden gem once you found it."

"Was greeted immediately upon entering the property and was escorted to my room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room and location were perfect for my weekend. Definitely recommend!"

"We made a booking far in advance. Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. "Didnt get to stay got there no one was at the reception place is nothing to do with a hotel has a bad aspect dosnt look in good conditions and the location no good a person that stays there saw me looking for someone and he toldme that the person in charge left and be back probably next day and that this is all the time so i am very disapoint but in a way haply because i didnt like that place at all "

"This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area."

"This hotel beat my expectations. Such a cute, simple and clean beachfront property. Staff was extremely accommodating and answered any questions for us. Besides being directly on the beach, it is very close to many good bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will book again if I am back in Tulum. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Siwa Tulum Unique Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable.
