Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, although we did have some trouble with our bathroom (toilet didn’t flush, and the shower didn’t always have hot water and the pressure was very intense) but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!"

"The rooms were very clean, stylish and spacious. The AC worked well, and there was a ceiling fan also. The kitchenette on the roof was great in the morning for having a cup of tea (not supplied) and storing leftovers and drinks in the community refrigerator. The security guy was friendly, we communicated through google translate. Loved this place and highly recommend (def a great value for the location, where hotels on the beach side are $300+ per night). My only recommendation would be to have...

"Was greeted immediately upon entering the property and was escorted to my room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room and location were perfect for my weekend. Definitely recommend!"

"It was in a great location. We stayed inside a jungle in a cabin like room. However they need to improve the services and amenities inside the room. It has lack of lighting, one fan at the corner is not sufficient, no paper towel, bin inside the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner other than the body wash. The bed was stinky, not enough hangers. Overall the amenities need to be improved a lot based on the rent they are charging."

"We made a booking far in advance. Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. "This hotel beat my expectations. Such a cute, simple and clean beachfront property. Staff was extremely accommodating and answered any questions for us. Besides being directly on the beach, it is very close to many good bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will book again if I am back in Tulum. "

"This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area."

"This hotel is very modern and new. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Balcony pool was great on a very hot and humid day. We were saddened by the properties perimeter as there was a lot of construction debris from what appears to have been thrown off the building during construction."
