"The place is a little sketchy but worked for a one night stay pinch. I like a firm bed…… this bed was like concrete! Don’t try to use the bathroom for real because you can’t flush the paper. Although if you’re looking for a super cheap getaway, I’d still look elsewhere UNLESS they change their beds. You can always walk to the mall to use those bathrooms so you can actually flush. Room 2 star Team 4 star"

"It was in a great location. We stayed inside a jungle in a cabin like room. However they need to improve the services and amenities inside the room. It has lack of lighting, one fan at the corner is not sufficient, no paper towel, bin inside the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner other than the body wash. The bed was stinky, not enough hangers. Overall the amenities need to be improved a lot based on the rent they are charging."

"Great staff, nice rooms, three pools plus a beach. Never hard to find a chair. Restaurants were good, Buffett and seafood resterants the best. I am vegetarian and never found it hard to find salads or veg dishes. Entertainment was okay. They had a snorkel tour that left right from the hotel and you can rent a car right from the hotel as well. This was amazing value. "

"We chose this mainly for location and great value. All inclusive part was nice to have even though we go a lot into the city to enjoy great local restaurants. We had plenty of parking for our rental and the restaurants in the resort had pretty good food whenever we were too tired from snorkeling all day and decided to eat at the resort. Nice coffee shop onsite as well."

"Took until 6pm to check us in no idea why. The room was good but with some major issues that were never fixed. The toilet from upstairs was leaking and the water was dripping onto the towels. The ceiling above the toilet was fairly wet. No idea why the Hotel didn’t think this was a major issue especially conduits a sanitary issue. The buffet restaurant fir dinner is a complete joke. "Communication was poor before arrival. Comments said front desk closed at 6:00 pm and I was arriving close to midnight. I sent several messages to them before I got a clear answer that there was a front desk clerk 24 hours a day. Also, I had booked a room with picture of a fridge, but they told me in comments no rooms had fridges. I had one after all. Comments did not explain to you that there is an elevator too."

"Have stayed at a dozen resorts in Mexico, this one is the best. Roberto, Fermin, and Dayana were amazing. Have nothing to complain about. Food and drinks were great, no reservations needed and not picky about dress code. Entertainment and pool were outstanding. Beautiful and clean facilities, room, and restaurants. Will be back! "
