"We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and I didn’t expect it to be so good! Check in went very smoothly. There is a special check in for Expedia customers. You can go there any time throughout your stay and grab coffee wine champagne or snacks throughout the day. Jose at the buffet was awesome. Food was good buffet was as good as the a la cartes We received a free upgrade to 10th floor ocean view. Loved our room. Cleaning staff was excellent and even provided turn down service. The location of this resort is right across the yellow brick road that leads to Bucerias. Beautiful path and easy walk into town and fast. The pools are clean and poolside service was excellent The really only downside was we were never able to get a chair at the adults only pool. Lots of saved chairs very early in the morning and not necessarily filled until late morning. Would recommend this resort "

"Property grounds are beautiful. The pools are cleaned and well kept. The staff work really hard and are always smiling and greeting you, available to answer any questions. Rooms are standard, maybe a bit dated, but clean and everything is in working order."

"Newness, Hotel is only 8 months old. Excellent roof top pools and hot tubs. Ocean beach is a 15 minute walk. A shopping mall is a 15 minute walk. Excellent restaurants close by."

"Property is very clean Staff were all pleasant, attentive, and just good people Buffet was solid, multiple options for each course and the restaurants on the ground were all above average. My only suggestion, not a complaint would have a night on the beach or some type of available dining options on the beach Went with four couples and we all enjoyed our stay! "

"All the trees and vegetation with the many small pools made this location feel exotic. Staff were friendly, the food and service were very good. The villas and rooms were comfortable. We had a very enjoyable and peaceful family holiday."

"The staff was fantastic. I definitely recommend PH or presidential suites and get the black wrist band. Cabanas every day. Only tip.if you want. Samara was VIP concierge and AMAZING! Mu husband got the flu- she sent food, towels, soup, cough meds- and called to check in! Sweet as pie! Made all our reservations. Didn't like the restaurants, so we did buffet (DELICIOUS! EVERY MEAL! ) and only $10 for room service- no fee for the food, so ww ordered everything, lol. A pass thru so NO OPEN DOOR! 7th floor bar and food for VIP! Go. Use your Wyndham Rewards! Or, you're Wyndham timeshare pts! Lovely! "
