"Hotel, room, facilities, decor, staff and location were all fantastic for us. The only issue was a bad stink from drains that seemed to come and go in the bathroom and hallway outside the room but would not put me off staying here again."

"Very convenient location near Dominion Theatre and Oxford Street, tube and 176 bus stop very close that goes to Leicester Square and Strand/Covent Garden. Upgraded when checked in, lifts to room. Clean, good size room, lovely shower and clean facilities. One bar of soap and towels provided, no shampoo or body wash unlike other hotels. Tea, cofee kettle and fridge provided as well as a safe. Very good room for the price and location. Very welcoming staff as well. Place is currently being renovated per signs, but not affected by anything where I was. "

"We had an amazing stay! Starting by Alex who nicely checked us in and gave us an upgrade (one living room between our 2 rooms) which was wonderful for our 3 night stay! Hotel is modern, beautiful, cozy! Nobu restaurant is always an outstanding experience! The neighborhood was great! Walking distance from nice restaurants, pubs and shops! "
