Find Hotel with a Concierge in West End

"Have had a great stay at St Giles, may have been compact, however clean and convenient for the sights … All staff courteous and friendly, willing to help when approached… Such a comfortable bed with a choice of pillows … Had an amazing room overlooking Tottenham Court Road and the BT Tower … Not the quietest… however it is a main road and not an issue for me, it is what it is …. please don’t complain, just take earplugs … My only complaint although prob just a preference…. What’s with the tiny tea cups??? Would much prefer a good sized cup / mug … Thank you and would love to cone back xXx "

"We booked an executive twin room for the 3 of us for my mums birthday. Check in took a little while but there was a gentleman handing out water to people waiting which was a nice touch. The room was lovely and spacious, even with the double sofa bed out. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Free drinks in the mini bar and plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room to keep us going. Access to the executive lounge was a bonus where we grabbed some snacks and drinks after a long day shopping. Lots of choice at breakfast, staff couldn't be more accomodating and wondeful. The only downside I could say is that the lifts did take a while. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely be back! "

"Location is the best for tourist! You are right next to china town, two squares and a 10 minute walk to covent market! Choice of two subway entrances. I would recommend the suite bc the regular queen size rooms are small. Suite bed is great, rain shower and robes. Pull out was comfortable. There is a restaurant on property. They need free drip coffee in the lobby. If you arrive early from a flight please book the night before you arrive so you can go straight to your room. You will have to wait till 4:00 if not. I had to book resortforaday.com to get some sleep until my room was ready. Very safe and quiet. Went with myself and two teens. "
