The kettle in our room was not working so had to ask for a new one. Also we have never stayed in a hotel where wifi is extra. For what you pay for a hotel room these days wifi should be included. "

There were glitches with the t.v., though, and a radio played an odd repetitive song throughout the night.. i dont know what that was about, but by night 3 I went into the hallway and unplugged it."
