"Great location about 1.5 miles or a $6 cab ride to the malecon. Close to the airport 15 mins if there’s some traffic. The Versailles neighborhood is right up the street with a lot of options for food if you do not want to do AI everyday. Rooms were clean a bit noisy at night from the entertainment at dreams or secrets depending on the night but everything wrapped up by 11. "Barcelò was gorgeous! The scenary around the resort was very beautiful. Food at the Italian was delicious along with Spanish. Steak house was a bust! Service around the resort by servers was good along with the cantina. Beach and ocean were gorgeous and very quiet. Boat traffic wasn’t to terrible either. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! "
