"We selected Fiesta Americana for our group of 80 guests and were so happy with our choice! This is the perfect resort for a group. It’s small so you can easily gather, all rooms have an ocean view and balcony, and you don’t *need* reservations for the speciality restaurants. Speaking of the restaurants - the food was amazing!!! Best resort food we’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. There is a coffee shop if you prefer cappuccinos or lattes (also ice cream!). The staff were all wonderful and service amazing. Rooms very clean. Only 3 negatives: * most serious — the buffet dishes that contain allergens NEED to be labeled. A few of our guests have severe nut allergies. One unfortunately had to administer his epi pen & see a doctor after eating a chicken dish that contained peanuts. It was not labeled. This is very dangerous - they are doing construction so 2 elevators were closed due to this. A third one stopped working while we were there… so there was just 1 elevator for the whole resort. Long wait times for the elevator. - the AC did not appear to work in the gym Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return. "

Miguel and Mario the butlers and Lorenzo the new waiter in the restaurant, are just a few of the reasons we will continue to go back!"

"Went for a few days with my wife and 2 daughters. Staff were amazing, especially the manager Gabriel, server Inez and bartender Jesus. Suite was roomy and comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was great."
