"Pinnacle Resort 220 was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. When we arrived Ramon assisted us into the correct lobby area to check in and was very helpful throughout our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I seen reviews complaining about the wrist bands but honestly it didn’t even bother us. "Beautiful little hotel, we will absolutely be back! Our room was clean, spacious yet cozy. I have a high standard of cleanliness and this place surprised me, in the best way! Such a great space for families, felt very safe and welcoming. The photos of the hotel do not do it justice, it is such a gem. Only issue we had was the hot tub kept running cold, besides that, the place was 5/5 stars. We did some yoga during our stay as well, that was a very nice little treat. It is a quick 5 minute walk...
