"Dining at either the onsite Emilianos or the Tau beach club was quite wonderful. Limited menus but stunning views at Beach club and musical entertainment at Emilianos. Wine lists are inexpensive but drinkable Chilean wines. Extensive and decent cocktail list for an all inclusive. Dinner at sister resort (Velas Vallarta) nothing dpecial.. buffets and Andrea - italian Overall a beautiful place with nice facilities but you do pay for it."

"Excellent customer service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the peace & quiet as the hotel is located in a more exclusive part of the city. Easy to take an Uber to the other parts of PVR like the Malecon or Zona Romantica. The Marina offers a selection of shops & restaurants (especially healthy ones) & a Starbucks accessible from the hotel. Proximity to the airport is also a huge plus as traffic can be unpredictable."
