"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel upkeep and cleanliness is outstanding . Beautiful views of the ocean at every turn. I only take one star off for food. Breakfast buffet was the best-although food served cold on many times, speciality restaurants weren’t so good and difficult to obtain a reservation. But overall, I loved my stay. Spa services were also amazing. "

"It was nice having multiple places to eat. We ate at each restaurant while we were there. The bathrooms/showers should be the first thing they update but it was fine. It was interesting how everything shut off when you left the room or air conditioner shut off when balcony opened. Great idea!"

"We liked the property and enjoyed our stay but we found that there were alot of stairs and inclined and declined pathways. Very hard for someone with mobility issues. I need a knee replacement and we found we were to tired after supper to go anywhere. Our jacuzzi tub quit working halfway through the week and the staff went out of there way to fix it for us for the last evening. "

The staff is so friendly, every interaction with an employee just makes me smile. The rooms all have amazing ocean views and every year there is something new and improved. The restaurants are first class. This year they are asking us to make reservations. I was disappointed at first but the reservations are easy to make and easy to change and there is plenty...

"Amazing property where every room has an ocean view, private beach with awesome staff bringing drinks and snacks right to you. Clean rooms, comfy beds, decent buffet and really good restaurants. Bathrooms were clean but dated. Some menu items excluded from the all inclusive plan, was surprised by that but no biggie to buy them if you want. I would definitely return and recommend this resort for couples or families. "
