"I really love my stay at the Azul Resort. The only thing that I didn’t like was at the time of check in and also at the time of check out. The receptionists was rude and she didn’t made me feel welcome at time of my arrival. I made two reservations under my husband’s name and some how there was a confusion in the reservations. "Excellent 4 night stay at Azul Grand. Service in every department was prompt, friendly, and met all our needs. The views and sunsets are amazing. Beautiful pools and spa. Make sure you reserve speciality restaurants early in your stay to take advantage of the choices. Very close to Isla Ixtapa ferry and Playa Linda. Only notes I have is the hotel should consider adding more furniture to the large balconies and reduce the amount of bright (almost blinding) white light in some areas and...

"El lugar es hermoso, el clima inmejorable y todo el staff muy atento. Lo mas destacable fue nuestra cena en Saffron; mi esposa pidió un platillo que no estaba en el menú y se lo prepararon sin problema. El chef salió a saludarnos lo cual es un detalle que se aprecia. Mi único comentario para mejorar es en el room-service; la puntualidad y presentación no estaban a la altura de lo que esperas en un Banyan. Por lo demás la pasamos muy bien. "
