"This is an excellent choice for a stay in the CENTRO historico. The staff was great and very responsive to our needs and requests. The pillows were uncomfortable for my neck and there was no option to get something that worked better for me. I asked but received no options. The other minor issue was the bathroom sink, which drained slowly. We reported this as well but it was still drains slowly when we left. It is a very old hotel but is in really nice condition.
