"Hotel could not be more convenient, easy to access lots of city points. If you have bad knees like me, ask for a first-floor room. The courtyard can get noisy but I didn't mind it. I was disappointed when I went for a hot shower and only cold water was available. Pros: Good breakfast, location Cons: Wifi and hot water were unstable, no elevator "

"Pinnacle Resort 220 was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. When we arrived Ramon assisted us into the correct lobby area to check in and was very helpful throughout our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I seen reviews complaining about the wrist bands but honestly it didn’t even bother us.
