"Staff were courteous and efficient. Property is in a nice location and the whole facility is beautiful. Maintenance is remiss in some areas. Our patio sliding door needed new rollers and the safe did not work. I believe the safe needed a new battery. Some destruction was being done on a structure near our room and constant jackhammer noise was annoying."

"The staff, in all departments, were absolutely excellent. Friendly and helpful. Room was recently renovated and very clean. Great location in the heart of old Puerto Vallarta. Genuine Mexico. Great beach right in front of hotel with great beverage service. Vendors on beach very respectful. If you said “no gracious” they smiled and moved along. Would highly recommend this property.
