"Lamartine Chelsea is in a great location, close to Times Square, Broadway, The High Line, and so on. It's a great price for the city. Nothing fancy but it's clean and comfortable. We don't spend much time in our room when we go to New York so it was just a place to sleep and clean up. Fantastic spot if that is what you are looking for. Check in was smooth and they let us leave our bags there after check out until we were ready to head home. "

"I sent a message to the hotel telling them that I would be a late arrival, 11 PM. They were ready for me when I got there and I was greeted by my name. Very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are small but very clean and everything that I needed. Internet connection was good and breakfast was included."

"For the price i would recommend Leo House. While an older building, it was clean and the location was great. Close to the Subway and High Line. Also not that far to walk to places such as the MSG and Times Square. The only downside was at the time of my stay there was no WiFi on my floor. "

"Our room had a queen bed and we were three, so they gave us a foldable bed for one with no problem. We did the check in early with no issues. The manager is really nice. There are two bathrooms in each floor and were very clean. There was a very cute cat that came into our room frequently. They have free umbrellas for 24 hours. We lost one of our keys and the manager gave us another one with no fee. Very good location and good price. Everything was easygoing."

"Overall very good, but tiny bathroom with almost unusable sink (with no stopper) but unnecessarily gigantic closet. Shower had some mildewed grout that needed attention."
