"This was a sweet, comfortable hotel, and affordable. The neigborhood was grand. The common space on the first floor and on the roof were lovely. The double room was very small- as advertised. The room is as wide as the double bed, with a small landing on either side- so you need to climb into the bed from the foot of the bed. For us that was just fine- but it was a little unsettling not to have a window. I just didn't consider it. I guess there WAS a window- but more like an opening into a small...

"The rooms were fairly basic, but had interesting black and white industrial decor. The hotel is long and skinny, like a dachshund. For NYC, the hotel was a steal with beds for the whole family. My only complaint was that the elevator was out of service the whole time we were there."

"Ceased trading and primed for demolition so left stranded in NYC in the dark with luggage and no hotel. A uniquely bad hotel experience. "

"Small but nice room. Only issue I had is that there isn’t a gym or even workout room. The other is that the shower barely drained. After showering for 5 minutes, I was standing in soapy/dirty water because it would hardly drain. Staff was friendly enough. "

"Couldn't beat the location/price on a Saturday night near MSG. If you're in town on a budget and need a place to crash after a show, it's great. Clean room, friendly staff, but room is in solid need of updating. Would stay again if I'm in midtown for a night or two. "
