The place was otherwise left in cleaner condition than it was found, so hard to see what that "extra" fee went towards--and why it was tacked on later, instead of part of the entire rental fee."

My card was blocked for a significant amount which was to be settled during check out. Due to the rush, we were told that the invoice would be sent via email, and the remaining amount credited to the card. "

"Communication prior to arrival wasnt great but we found that with all of companies we dealt with from NYC. However, when we arrived we had 3 rooms which they managed to get all together as requested, which was brilliant and appreciated. All 3 rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with slightly different layouts. All staff, except one receptionist, were friendly and helpful. "Pros: Subway stations right at the corner. Target on the same block. Great location overall. Rooms bigger than a lot of NYC rooms. Cons: very dated rooms. Single hard mattress. Breakfast was limited and boring. Bagels and muffins with coffee. No toaster to toast the bagels or good creamers. No microwave or coffee in room. Blow dryer very weak."
