I love the hotel, it was nice, cozy and comfortable. When I checked in the girl in the reception could have been more friendly, I requested a late check out for my last day and she didn’t help too much, but the next day, I tried again this time a guy was in the reception and he was super friendly, polite and helpful. So I guess he erased my first impression. The hotel in general was great! I would recommend this property and stayed again.
