"We visit NYC to see as many Broadway shows as possible in our week. This hotel was is right in the middle of the theater district so it was perfect. Our only real complaint tlwas that the curtains in the room were very difficult (took 20 minutes to finagle them open) to open and close so we left the curtains closed the whole time. "

"It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back."

"The lady at reception when I checked in late on Thursday night (March 27) was superb. She told me she's been in hospitality for over 40 years, and it was evident in the respectful and kind way she interacted with me and the other guests that were around. This is the only hotel I stay in when in NYC, and it's people like her that reinforce why the Paramount Hotel remains the only choice for me."
