"Everything was great besides not having a microwave in the room and the lack of elevators. One was out of service in my tower and there were long lines to go up or down. Upon check out, it took 30 minutes to get an elevator that wasn’t fully packed with guests from previous floors. The line to get on the elevator was all the way down the hall and when leaving with luggage and a stroller, stairs aren’t an option. Other than that, it was great."

"This is only my 3rd stay at the hotel and casino and overall it was very good. Our room was clean but unique to this visit, some attention to detail and issues were noted. I did not bring any of this up to staff as they were totally bearable. Just wanted to be clear. The pool and hot tub was heaven as usual and super heated!
