My boyfriend and I stayed as his nephew was competting this weekend in the volleyball tournament. This stay was surely not what we were expecting. The room much older than one that we had stayed in before. We disnt have working heat. When I tried to call the concierge desk, i wasnt able to reach anyone. Elevator service was down on one elevator unit and caused delays. Many times elevators were packed which resulted in long waits. Check out was a disater. The guest services we used to check in had no staff ans all kiosk only worked to check in. The fridge was barely cold, the tv dimmed while trying to watch the little bit of shows offered. There are certain things i would expect to encounter in an older hotel, but this was beyond those expectations. Although we will be back to AC once the weather gets better we unfortunately will not be staying again at this hotel.

hotel was very old, dirty. not enough staff to help. everyone was checking out at 11am hence elevators were packed. took us very long to get to the lobby and many elevators were also not working. when calling for service, no-one was picking up the phone hence long delays of waiting for basic necessities. rooms def need a upgrade. never again would i recommend or stay at this hotel.

Typical casino stay. Room was clean. Door to hall had gap for hall light and noise. Expected night time noise of people partying. Smoke free room occasional ly reeked of pot smoke from adjoining lock off. Contactless check in and out permitted no contact with resort staff. Restaurants and entertainment was good. Salt Spa was excellent.

The room was nice but there was what looked like pubic hair in the sink, gross! We enjoyed the resturant options in the hotel. Staff was friendly. Kiosk check in lacks the personalized touch. When we had questions your rep at the kiosks was not very friendly. Also, are you trying to faze out the table games and go to all electronic? Your table game options [5$ chips on roulette only] was absurd! People come to AC to gamble in person if they wanted they could sit at home on their phones and gamble with a machine. Please dont take away live people for the machines or make it not fun to play table games such as roulette. Too many smoking areas in the slots area. This will probably be our last stay at the Tropicana.

Room was ready upon early arrival, super comfortable bed and pillows, friendly bell hop service staff. Front desk staff was not very friendly and welcoming, no room service until 8am was a problem, no wait staff ever came and offered a beverage while I was playing in the casino slot machine area, valet parking for hotel staying customers was $40, which is extremely expensive for a hotel staying guest.

Second time staying here , everything was great , heat wasn’t working in the room and second time I did a late checkout and the housekeeper kept knocking at the door. I don’t understand why they don’t find out which rooms are doing a late check out and don’t disturb them until that time .
