"The staff was GREAT! The inside of the hotel could use some work and the bathroom had water damage on the bottom of the door and cupboards. If you’re not worried about a perfect room, the outdoors was well taken care of and the pool was cleaned every day. Isn’t a bad stay for the price. "

"loved staying at this historic hotel! it was so cute inside, the front desk staff was awesome and helped deal with our lost luggage when we had to go to a lakers game. the hotel is right off of rodeo and beverly drive, and when we woke up early because of jet lagged the front desk girl recommend us places to go that were open as early as we were. highly recommend! "We liked the room with three separate areas. We did not like having to wait with other people until 4pm to get into our room. Isn't there a way of staggering, allowing people to get into their rooms over a couple of hours. People have to check out by 11! Also, need more help with luggage. Very difficult to navigate the corners of the building to get to your apartment on the 2nd floor. We ended up taking our luggage down the stairs! Also, the bathroom was locked at the pool....our key did not...

"This place was comfortable enough. The staff is very helpful/friendly. A little tight in the parking structures but manageable. Seemed to be extra noisy & we could hear conversation right through the door in the outer hallway & the rooms on either side through the walls. The pool was refreshing & I enjoyed the dry sauna, I only wished there was a hot tub. All in all we enjoyed the stay & would consider this property for any future stays in Reno"

"We arrived in the middle of a storm and it was very hard to find our room. Very clean but the toilet seat was broke and the bed and pillows very uncomfortable. We went to Walmart and purchased pillows. Very quiet and the resort was secluded but very convenient to get to restaurants and shopping. I would stay again. "
