"Hotel was clean and location was good. Our room was spacious and we had a great view. However, pillows were awful and bed was too soft. Elevators were also very slow and small. Free coffee in the morning was pretty good. Overall, not bad for the price. "

One member of our group was sick and I was trying to ask if the concierge workers could possibly deliver our luggage to the room & the man basically yelled at me & told me to "Wait!" in front of several other guests. The other man working at the concierge desk apologized for him and said he was just a little...
