Had to move rooms because my initial room had no heat (it was 61 degrees in the room). The 2nd room only had marginal heat. The temp never got above 66 degrees.

Great location. Staff were excellent. There was a power outage Friday night and arrived at 10:30-11 pm on a cold night to a locked door and no reply to buzzer/phone. If an employee coming into work had not shown up & let us in we would could have waited for a very long time. They had an emergency generator & provided us with rooms at the nearby Westin & which all went smoothly. I understand that there was nothing to be done @ power, but we could have been notified in advance & someone should have been at the door to greet us/let us in & not be waiting in the cold without a clue what was going on.
