"We liked that the waterpark area was intimate. We felt safe letting our kids be more independent. We also liked the menu at Hurricanes Grill. What we didn't like was the lack of communication between staff when we were evacuated due to a fire alarm. "

"Enjoyed the stay, but found the property rather basic and in need of a fresher look. Furniture tired looking ,as was the bathroom, no refrigerator in room. Elevators small and basic also."

"The Crown royal is a renovated property right near the rainbow bridge looking south into both cascades of Niagara Falls. The view is magnificent when the sky is clear (obviously). It was a very nice place to stay. To get to the top floors you had to take two elevators. Everything else was acceptable."

"The pictures online don’t do enough justice for the property in person. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. As soon as you walk in you’re invited into a welcoming warm environment. Definitely will stay again."
