My room was very dirty, bathroom was dirty, the whole place looked like it had not been clean in months. There was no soap in the bathroom and there was feces in the toilet and towels on the ground.

Love this Hotel in AC - a lot restaurants and love the pool the only inconvenience is that now you have to pay a fee to get in the pool it should be included in the hotel stay.

I would have had a perfect mid-week getaway if not for the service. Apparently some staff member used the wrong solution in the shower which caused it to be extremely slippery. I had to use a towel on the shower stall floor to get some traction while showering. The next day, the housekeeper failed to service my room. When I called them on the phone, the housekeeper brought me a bag of towels and left.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel and paid prior to arriving. When we arrived, we paid the resort fees and the security deposit. The second to last night, my boyfriend’s card was charged again over $500 and they refuse to put the money back. They claimed it was just a pending charge but we couldn’t use the card for anything else which forced us to leave a day earlier. Today is now Tuesday and we left Saturday morning. This was a birthday trip and it was all ruined. Not to mention, we selected a non smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes, the pool was opened at a $20 charge and there wasn’t much to do there. Why would I pay all that money to stay in this hotel to still have to pay to enjoy the amenities. This was a disappointing trip and I’ve been to AC several times. I will NEVER go there again!

1st time here,no complaints. There were some parties going on, but our room was quiet and bed very comfortable! Location is nice, but you need a ride to the boardwalk. Lots to do on-site. We had a great meal and some snacks at Harrah's. Would consider booking again.
