"It was actually really nice, I loved that it was so close to the subway station and had restaurants all around! didn’t have to worry about food and transportation. One thing I do wanna see improvement is their showers, it’s so tiny! Not made for bigger people. "

"All reviews are based on price I thought hotel was clean rooms quite large breakfast was ok plenty to eat and fresh, staff very polite and helpful shower powerful hot and roomy facilities in room very good the only thing missing was a mini fridge apart from that excellent stay would definately stay again location brilliant if your using AirTrain as your airport transfer"

"We loved staying in Chelsea. The hotel was close to many things we wanted to see. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The only issue we had was our shower faucet dripped during our entire stay. With the constant noise in NYC we didn’t even notice after the first night. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful 10/10 customer service. The property is walking distance from Times Square and was very convenient. The room is in okay condition. However the toilet gave us trouble every single day of the trip and we had to keep calling reception to send the handy man to unclog it. However the receptionist gave us a discount for the trouble. The room was also very hot, I would recommend leaving the windows open. Overall a great stay. "
