I visited the hard rock last night and was so incredibly disappointed with the room. Both rooms under my reservation actually smell terrible, the beds were so incredibly uncomfortable. Nobody slept. The fans in the bathroom are so loud and there’s no way to shut them off and disturb everyone. In addition, there was lukewarm water for shower, I was so disappointed. and would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

The Hard Rock is as fun as you have heard. The rock and roll memorabilia is something every music fan should see. But be prepared to open your wallet once you arrive. It’s very overpriced. It is worth eating in the Hard Rock Cafe. The food is still as good as i remember. The rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. I will however complain about the parking structure. It is poorly laid out. You are forewarned to take a photo of your parking spot but it does little good given the circular layout. We encountered two other couples who had trouble locating their vehicle. Took us a good half hour to find ours. Other than that keep in mind you are in a massive casino. You will do a lot of walking and luggage carrying. The are not a lot of staff around to help and some of them are far more helpful than others who could care less.

The hotel and casino are beautifully decorated and staff is very friendly and welcoming. The convenient location makes it easy to access different things to do in the area. The only downside is the cost of parking of $30 which seems excessive for a hotel guest.

$30 fee to park is extremely expensive especially for guests with hotel reservations. If you need the money that bad you should close and cut your loses.
