"The building was clean, and I appreciate the simple comforts. No TV, or AC, was quite refreshing. The efforts to keep the park clean with recycling cans in the room was fantastic. My only complaint is the shower heads need to be higher to accommodate for taller guests. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here all the staff was so friendly. The rooms are dated and no ac, but we enjoyed the outside stuff like the fire pit and trails. I would definitely stay there again. "

They're supposed to be open til 10am, but we got there around 9:30 and bread for toast was gone and all the hardboiled eggs were gone. When I asked if any more would be coming, I was told no, they were out? They should plan accordingly. "

"We stayed in one of the studio bungalows. It was decorated so nicely and very clean. The king bed was comfortable. Had a luxury shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!"

"Staff was extremely accommodating. Fire pits had wood available to use without an additional charge. Property was amazing. Kids loved playground. 10min from RMNP across street from Safeway. "

"We arrive, and they say they are fully booked (reserved months ago) and had to be moved/ upgraded to a different room. Im not sure this was an upgrade. It looked like exactly the room i ordered in the first place, but pet friendly. They did explain and ask if I was ok with a pet friendly room. Also, you have to request room service when you book or they dont come in at all. That would have been nice to know before my stay! We stayed for 4 nights, and didnt get a refreshed room until the 3rd...

"Stayed 4 nights as an alternative to Jackson and really liked it - safe quiet big room with fridge and microwave, simple continental breakfast with bagels cream cheese etc Had great river views and balcony and definitely would recommend it - drive to Jackson about 45' but very cool through the Snake River canyon"

"We had a 4th floor room with a balcony with rocking chairs. There was a hot tub in the room with jets that was a hit with my wife. The room had a fireplace, but with temperatures in the low 80's it was not put to good use. The food was good (on weekends there is a prime rib special). The staff was friendly although they were short staffed. "

"Stay was very nice, There was a small space between the foot of the door and the frame of the door in which small bugs would be able to crawl through; It was not huge problem for us. Overall a very nice place with an amazing restaurant. "
