"Don’t desk service does depend on who you get. Sheila and Micaela were amazing! Others were not so helpful. Parking is a pain if you have a car. Valet is super expensive but it’s about normal for the area. It’s extremely loud. The front desk offers earplugs which is the smartest thing I’ve seen in a long time. "No complaints about this conveniently placed home away from home in the heart of Downtown New Orleans. "Tofo was super dirty, garbage in the room, used tampons under the bed, the bathroom was terribly dirty, there was no toilet paper. Additionally, the area where the hostel is located was dirty, and looked dangerous. I do not recommend staying at this hostel. It's cheap but I wouldn't stay here again."
