"The new host is very accommodating. The house is always clean. There was 20 of us once again. And the unit was very comfortable."

"We booked the Kentucky Castle for a weekend girls trip and it was perfect for our large group! We went to Keeneland which is a short 20 min drive and then out to dinner in downtown Lexington, which you can walk to or is a quick Uber. All the bathrooms and bedrooms are a great size and the property was very clean. We enjoyed the large backyard and the hot tub. Would definitely book again! "

"We did a murder mystery dinner here with friends and had a wonderful time. The property was great and tons of lights and chairs, plus it’s themed as it is so that helped a ton. Absolutely will be staying here again. The host was super nice and there was plenty of items to make it feel like home and be able to cook as needed. Thank you! "

"The house was very antiquey unfortunately only one of the 4 bathrooms shower worked I was excited to lay in the jacuzzi tub but it was gross and dirty some of the dishes were also dirty. they are also trying to sell the house so we came home to people looking at it which we weren’t told about and kind of inconvenient when you have 5 tired kids On the plus side it was a quiet neighborhood and it was spacious "

"Overall we did enjoy the stay and was mostly perfect for us. There was some confusion with check in/out process and parking but they were responsive and easy to get ahold of. Our biggest issue is that the general description says 4 bedrooms, 4 queen+ beds. The description does clarify this a little but we ended up bringing and using a blow up mattress because we weren't sure. The 4th bedroom is actually off of the 3rd bedroom. And while the 4th bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom does not...

"This home provides everything one needs for a trip to Maine. The refreshing mornings in the kitchen were delightful. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the pantry and organization was excellent. Everything was easy to find for meal prep. The coffee bar also was a great addition. "We had 16 friends from all over the US come and stay for 3 days. We had an amazing time. The home was spectacular. Beds were comfortable, all we needed in the kitchen was provided. We will definitely book this place again when we have large gatherings. Highly recommend."

"The property was beautiful surrounded by nature and a fountain garden. We enjoyed our stay there. The only issue we had was the room above us had a party and the noise kept us awake until 5 am. The walls were thin and the floors were squeaky, you could hear the rooms above us had a party with too many guests. It would have been nice to have a host there to greet and make aware of extra unwanted guests. "

"The Chateau is beautiful. Access was easy, communication was great, room was lovely. It is great value for the price in the area (note, we had a discount but even at the advertised rate it would be a good value). The only minor item was the carpet was a bit dated. Also of note - windows do not open, we just opened the patio door for fresh air. New management took over a couple of months before our stay, they are continuing to make changes and upgrades.
