"The staff were not helpful which is probably through lack of training. We checked in and used the car park (which we were not informed was owned by a third party). On the second night the car was broken into which we reported to the police all we got from the hotel was nothing to do with us even though we spoke to the duty manage (who was the housekeeper manager). "The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."

"The hotel was lovely. It’s located in a great part of the city, many restaurants, museums and shopping. Also close to the Tube station. The staff were very attentive and helpful in whatever we needed. Only one downside for me was the mattress was harder and my hips hurt."
