"The staff were not helpful which is probably through lack of training. We checked in and used the car park (which we were not informed was owned by a third party). On the second night the car was broken into which we reported to the police all we got from the hotel was nothing to do with us even though we spoke to the duty manage (who was the housekeeper manager).
