"It was nice being upgraded on the to a better room. The receptionist was really nice and even played the piano for us. The rooms are large but the rooms facing the rail tracks don't have windows that open. Overall it's a great hostel and has a good modern look"

"I would happily return to this property. A few things to know: Access to the front door is controlled by an app you will need to download and that will be activated with a code reception will give you. There are plenty of bathrooms but you either need to being your own towel or rent one at reception in the morning. No guarantee towels will be available. First come first served (I did secure one). "Wonderful to be part of the college! Central to shops and all that Cambridge has to offer. East walk from the Park and Ride stop and restaurants 5 mins away. Staff were very helpful and informative and helped with our bags. We stayed in early November and were not aware of other guests even though we were sharing a bathroom. Cosy, warm and very clean- a wonderful change from a hotel."

"Does the job, Peter and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room is basic but is equiped with wardrobes, sinks and a comfortable double bed. The smart tv was a nice addition - not many hotels at this price range would offer this facility. Breakfast is do it yourself but the spread was good. "

"This is a family owned and run hostel that has been generationally passed down.
