"False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe from the moment I walked through the door I lost time, money, and almost my passport (they expect you to leave your passport with them as ransom for their key) "

"Convenient near Vic station. Quiet neighborhood. Small hotel so relatively calm. Fast check in without ridiculous form signing and talking so thats much appreciated. Rooms are fine ans clean. Lack of sound proof doors so some hallway noise. Ceiling rainfall showerheads not cleaned of water calcification so the little plaatic nipples on the showerhead get clogged and water sprays horizontally and even out of the shower area....please clean, its simple to just run your hand over the plastic...

"Great location and lovely room full of character. The only down side ? The windows desperately need draughty proofing ( the heating bill must be horrendous) The tv was new and not tuned in. We did ask for help but the guy was unsuccessful in tuning it in and did make us feel awkward that we had complained. We only wanted to watch basic terrestrial channels but huge hassle having to log into apps. just to watch the tv. Apart from that very nice "
