"The hotel was comfortable and nice. Breakfast was also quite decent. Very close to New Street and Bull Ring. Check in was not very welcoming unfortunately. Was asked to remain at the lobby till 3pm (which is the stated check in time btw). Didn’t believe that the room was not ready till then. In fact I just thought the reception staff were being very stringent, not very hospitable, and rather unhelpful. No assistance with bags during check out also. "

"Only stayed for 1 night so i was already at the airport for my flight in the morning. Literally a 2 min walk from hotel to depatures lounge. So very ideal for that matter"

"We stayed her for a concert across the road which was very convenient and there’s bars and clubs near by, food and late takeout available too. The staff were nice and friendly, definitely worth the price. "

"Good Stay, but they told us thete was no rooms ready we we turned up earlier & then offered us an early check-in @ £20, how can they do this if there were no rooms ready. They did put our cases in a secure room till later at no extra cost. Evening meal in their restaurant was good with plenty of staff"
