"We chose this hotel mainly for the spa and proximity to mount Fuji but I did not expect the views we received in the morning. We were blessed with clear skies and saw Mount Fuji in all of its glory. The room(s) were spacious and the bath tub was nice and comfortable. The property is a tad dated though in the sense that each room is operated with a key and not a keycard "

"Very big hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel is a bit outdated. The location was not in the center but you can easily get with metro to the hotel. The breakfast was great with so many choices. "

Several shops and restaurants are near by and the train station is at a walking distance. We ordered room service and dinner was delicious. Would definitely recommend and if given the chance I would stay there again. "
