"Very clean hotel with very spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small but still okay. Great facilities on site like gym, kids playroom, shared kitchen common area and laundry. Very walkable and close distance to many restaurants, main Dotonbori area and Kintetsu line or Osaka namba for access to trains. All easily within 10-15 mins walk. Highly recommend for families. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was really nice and the amenities and breakfast was superb. Staff was nice and friendly. They helped us with shipping our luggage too. If you have tattoos like me (I have a whole sleeve), be ready to buy patches to cover them before you get in the onsen. It took us an hour to cover my arm up and an hour to remove. We spent about $60 worth of patches but rules are rules! Regardless, highly recommend and would come back again!"
