However, keep in mind that the location is remote, so is more ideal as a stay within the properties. You can get a taxi in and out, but can be a bit of a hassle."

"After a day biking in down pouring rain, the staff greeted me with hot tea and offered to bring me a meal to my room. The tent was cozy and peaceful and the facilities were extremely clean, modern and well designed. This is one of the most special stays I’ve ever experienced and I hope to come back again. "I chose this hotel for its location next to a ski resort and I liked the look of the tatami rooms. This hotel is very cheap and you get what you pay for. The room was small and old, the futon mattresses you use to make your bed were thin and I woke up achy every day. The staff were helpful and friendly with limited English. We tried a meal at the hotel and were asked to pay in advance and then given no menu - we just got what was given (which wasn’t bad actually). Theu have their own rental for...

"This is a very nice camping ground location. The name is actually called Workshop camp resort. The google maps address is wrong, continue up the road past 2 other properties. The palace cabins are basic, good size. The hot water did not work in our cabin. Pretty location in the forest."
