"처음인 일본 여행의 첫 일본 호텔 뉴오타니 오사카 방이 그리 크지는 않았지만 깔끔하고 5성급 호텔로써 서비스 용품들은 부족하지 않았습니다. 조금 아쉬운 점이 있었다면 4박 하는 동안 청소를 한 번쯤은 해줄만도 한데 수건이나 물 비누 등 서비스 용품만 갈아주고 청소는 전혀 해 주지를 않더라고요. ^^;; 그 이외에는 모든 것이 다 만족합니다. "

"I like the cleanliness of rooms and hotel staff service. Comfy beds. Water bottles provided daily. Convenient to subway stations. One suggestion for improvement is to provide more laundry machines and to adopt a policy where hotel staffs can remove clothing from dryers if guests leave their clothes in machines more than 30 minutes after the cycle ends. Some guests leave their clothes in for hours and prevent others from using."

"Amazing! The pool and spa are amazing!!! Outstanding gym and areas to relax ….complete zen. Plus u can keep your bathing suit on as most other hotels require naked bathing! My daughter felt shy. Bar nice, entrance to hotel gorgeous! Modern and sleek! In love! Best lotions in spa area!"

"Well, this place seemed alright online when we booked, but I guess we did not read any of the reviews. This hotel is definitely is more than weird and kind of a sex hotel as far as we can tell. We were traveling through and only there for one night, so we didn't change our plans, but we would not stay again."
