"Great location and property. Easy to check in and out. Couple suggestions: explain the elevator doesn’t go to 6th floor. Americans/hawaiian don’t travel light. Thankfully I was prepared and did, but carrying luggage up the small stairs would’ve be difficult. There should be directions in English to use the washer/dryer. "

"Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). Security was great-have to tap your card to go in the lift up to the rooms. 5 minute walk to USJ. Food in Universal city mall. Just a bit of a trek to come from central Osaka. Self-check out via machines. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to stay. Staff were friendly. Water machines on each floor. No complaints."
